Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges at this point in time. If you receive your order and there is an item missing or a product is damaged, please reach out to me via email (lemonbeecompany@gmail.com) (or here) with your order number, information, and any photos that will help explain the issue and I will do my best to fix it! If you would like to cancel an order you have placed, please send an email with your order number and information within 24 hours after your order has been placed and you will be issued a refund. After 24 hours, I am unable to cancel your order. Please double check your shipping address, especially if you are paying with Apple Pay or some other way that auto enters information for you. I am not responsible for packages that get delivered to incorrect addresses as my shipping labels are exported and printed directly from the information you provide. If an error was made during purchase, please send an email asap so i cant fix the issue before your package gets sent out. If a package gets returned to me, I can either provide you a refund or reship the package to the correct address for a $5 fee. ($5 reship fee domestic only, international rates vary)

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Back open! There are still a few minor restrictions with shipping internationally but other than that, I am accepting international orders again! Please remember that I do not create the shipping prices and international orders will be more expensive to ship than domestic. Thank you so much for your support and patience!

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and all orders come with a tracking number. Unfortunately I am not responsible for packages after they have been dropped off at the post office. If your package does happen to get lost, please send an email and I will do my best to accommodate your order in any way that I can. All my products are shipped out within 7 to 14 business days unless otherwise stated in the products description.

My packages are usually shipped out in 100% recycled poly mailers that are reusable and recyclable. The tape that is used on packages a plant derived cello tape that is biodegradable. I also do my best to reuse packaging whenever I can so please be aware that your order may arrive in an old envelope, a reused amazon box/envelope, or even an empty pasta box! 


‘Recycled Materials’

If a product listing has ‘recycled material’ in the description that means the material was obtained one of two ways:

  1. Purchased at a thrift store.

  2. Given to me by a family member or friend.

All the material that I collect these ways are properly cleaned and treated before I use them to create anything. Please note that I never use old/recycled thread or zippers for structural integrity reasons so if a product is listed as ‘100% recycled material’ that excludes the thread and zippers.
